Yup there's a good in s21 not bad
I am returning Galaxy s21 ultra due to very poor video quality. This appears to be a common problem amongst Exynos devices where the video quality is far worse than my 1,5 year old Note 10 plus. Really disappointed with Samsung... Being a Samsung loyal customer since 2013 they just drove me towards Apple! Time to Switch!

I have a 4 month old S20 Ultra 5G in cosmic gray, and there's only a couple of things I don't like about it. First, is the boring "cement-looking" gray back cover. I wanted black, but the black doesn't come with chrome bezels/edges. And I don't like the gloss finish on any of the S20 Ultra 5G devices. The matte black on the S21 Ultra 5G is fabulous! It reminds me of a matte black Lamborghini Aventador! But, just like the S20 Ultra 5G, the black S21 Ultra 5G....doesn't have chrome edges. I just don't like completely blacked-out phones! I want my chrome edges, Dawg!! Secondly, the 100X SPACEZOOM is really a joke because phone simply can't handle the focus demand of 100X Zoom. Word has it that the SPACEZOOM on the S21 Ultra 5G fixed that problem .....O.K......so when do I get my spacezoom update for my S20 Ultra 5G, huh??

Samsung has been adding and removing the SD Card slot back and forth for the last 6 years, it seems like Samsung can't make up their mind on whether to leave it or lose it for good.
I think when they first removed it they realized it was too soon and was trying to be ahead of its time.

I got the s20 ultra new from my provider for $1050 canadian, with free $150 wireless headphones. While the base 128gb s21 ultra is going for around $1650 cad and the note 20 ultra price hasnt dropped at all atleast from my provider. Im happy with the purchase, The s21 has improved for sure but not enough to justify another $600+ dollars considering I mainly use my phone for memes and texting

Please do a video comparison between the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy S6. I know that might sound crazy but I was watching some old videos that I took on the Galaxy S6 and they were really good! I've not been happy with the S21 Ultra video quality and it would be so intriguing to see the difference. Would also be good as a INworlds video in general to see how far we've come (or perhaps haven't come). Please consider it!

Iv just emailed samsung to request a return/refund. The 10x optical zoom actually priced worse quality images than my S20 ultra. This is the same at 30x right up to 100x. It's on the January software. I know the feb update is coming but I fail to see how an update will improve the 10x optical camera which is hardware based. Low light photos are very slightly better, this also goes for video Speed wise it feels slightly smoother and although the 2100 is faster, it doesn't feel much in day to day use. Checking a folder containing 46000 songs "details" the s20u displayed folder contents 14 seconds faster than the s21u There's no sd card slot which is a downgrade. 25w charging is a downgrade for the 45w of the s20u If both phones were 1300 then I would say go for the s21u as its technically "better" but as you can get a s20u for £700 nearly half price I find the s21U impossible to recommend to anyone. If you have an s20u then stay. If you have s10 or lower and wanting to upgrade then pay half price and get the s20u. It's only worse by a tiny amount. It's sad but it's the first time iv returned a Samsung device since my first phone (galaxy s3) in 2012. I wonder if my feelings will start appearing in reviews in the future when people start to realise the s21U is not really much of an upgrade. I personally think devices like the mi 11 ultra and p50 pro will be way better in hardware this year.

The scandalous truth about the S21 Ultra is that the fingerprint scanner is NOT ultrasonic, as with the Qualcomm version, but the same old rubbish found under all Exynos Galaxy phones. My Note10+ is exactly as rubbish as my brand new S21 Ultra. Samsung being Apple, what a deception, the s20 ultra is older but better in many ways.
If you already own the S20 and you're thinking about upgrading to the S21 do not do it!! You will lose 4 gigabytes of RAM you will lose your SD card which is extra storage for your phone unlike iPhone 🤔 Why!! You will also lose your screen resolution it only is capable of 1080p now the Samsung S20 does 4K & Beyond Also it feels much cheaper plastic back?? Also the camera protrudes from the back of the phone on the corner so if you drop it you'll damage the camera way easier the glass over the camera I would advise anyone to stay away from the S21 and just stick with the s20 it's a far better phone you can get it for the same price cuz it's a year old now.
